2003-03-27 - 4:50 p.m.: shoe polish epiphany: glanced at the bookshelf in p's office to see the title: "a simple guide for satisfying relationships"... not a big deal... except that i momentarily understood it as a guide for "how to satisfy your relationship." as though it were a pet monster of some sort... gaping, wet cavernous mouth issuing panted demands. perpetually insatiable. animalistic. what's wrong with this picture? going to see guster tonight. by myself. by accident. but i bet one person can squeeze her way up close to the stage more easily than a group... plus... i can be whoever i want. this should be interesting :) |
